Salena Draws

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that due to low enrollment for the kids drawing classes, they will have to be postponed to a later date.

I am offering on Thursdays starting on Sept 19th, a Drawing Drop in for kids ages 5 to 15. We will cover drawing skills, techniques, help with drawings a child has already started, working in a room with fellow artist. Learning together for the love of drawing.  It will be held at the  Richmond Library for $10.00 per child per drop in night.

I hope you are having a great summer as we are getting close to heading back to school, I would like to let you know about some drawing classes for kids. I will be in two different locations. The Richmond library on Thursdays and the Hair Exceptions Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The cost is $120.00 for the 6 weeks. Contact Salena at salenadraws@gmail.com

Tuesday, September 17th – Hair Exceptions – Ages 8 to 11 @ 6:30 to 7:30 pm

Wednesday, September 18th – Hair Exceptions – Ages 5 to 7 @ 6:30 to 7:30 pm

Wednesday, September 18th – Hair Exceptions – Ages 12 to 15 @ 7:30 to 8:30 pm

Thursday, September 19th – Richmond Library – Ages 8 to 11 @ 6:30 to 7:30 pm

Looking into running a few workshops in August. Just in the planning stage and will let you know once it is all settled.

Thank you, to the students who attended my drawing classes in Richmond, Ontario. We have one class left but we had great fun and lots of learning.

I will continue the classes but in the Fall around mid September. I will do a several workshops until the classes start again. I will do one in May, June and in August.

My Monday night kids drawing class didn’t get any students ( a tough night) so I will change it to a Monday night adult drawing class. From 7 to 8 pm starting March 18th but I will need 6 participates. If you are interested, please email Salena at salenadraws@gmail.com

The drawing classes are filling up, so don’t lose out on your child’s spot! Monday and Wednesday evening starting the week of March 18th. Registration deadline is March 15th. All the info is on the website. http://www.salenadraws.com

Drawing classes are being introduced into Richmond. The classes will be held at 3480 McBean Street (Hair Expectations).

Monday, March 18th to April 30 (No Class April 22) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm Ages 4 to 7

Wednesday, March 20th to May 1st (No Classes April 24th) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm Ages 8 to 12

Wednesday, March 20th to May 1st (No Classes April 24th) from 7:40 to 8:40 pm Ages 12 to 15

Cost $120.00 for 6 weeks and materials are included.

Our November 17th Christmas artist and artisans show is coming up next week.

We will be accepting donations for the Richmond Village food bank.
